Overview of Compensation

Commissions

Consultants or members of Trades of Hope, called Compassionate Entrepreneurs or “CE”s, earn 20% commissions based on the volume of sales they personally sell. This commission increases if CEs sell more or are at a higher rank in the company.

Volume based commissions depend on the amount of personal retail volume sold.
2% on $500+ PRV
3% on $1000+ PRV
5% on $3000+ PRV

Rank based retail commissions are determined by the level in the company. They range from 3%-12% of personal retail volume. This commission only applies to ranks ‘Advanced Compassionate Entrepreneur’ and above. This rank requires at least $300 per month, and two branches with retail volume of $500, and a total group volume of at least $1000. That is, you must have a high performing team.

Recruitment

CEs can also make money on the commissions of the CEs they recruit. In order to be eligible for this kind of commission the CEs must sell $300 in personal retail volume each month and meet the requirements to be on the ‘Career Track.’

Commissions are based on commissionable volume. This amount is 70% of retail value (Trades of Hope claims this accounts for the retail value already paid in commissions). These commissions vary

There are additional bonuses based on levels, generations, and more. Very few CEs reach these levels. The company requires a new agreement be signed once the CE reaches these levels of “leader” and “director.”
