A leg describes person sponsored and includes all those brought in by that person in a distributor network (if they’ve brought in people). If someone sponsors three other people into their program, they have three legs.

Generally, more legs will mean more recruiting and more potential to get paid. Watch out for any opportunity where the primary way to earn money is through recruiting others to join. These could illegal pyramid schemes.

What is a branch?
A branch is any [participant] that you have personally recruited and anyone that she subsequently adds to the success-line.
Branches are like your family tree. Each of your branches can be indefinitely deep and wide.
